16 oz can poured to tulip glass at Seasons 52 Restaurant in Costa Mesa, California. The pour is a clear golden with a fluffy one inch white head that falls with spidery lace. The aroma is fresh cereal grain malt and noble hops with a touch of grass. The taste is the cereal grain, softly. honey malt sweet with the grass and mineral earth hop carrying the back. The palate is light to medium bodied with active carbonation and the dry mineral grass and somewhat watery finish. Easy drinking.

Draft. Golden beer with a cream head. Light malt aroma. Mineral and light malt flavor. Medium bodied. Mineral and light malt linger with light citrus.

On tap at Smog City Taproom - Torrance, pours a clear blonde with a small white head. Aroma is full of crisp grassy hops and crackery malt. Flavour is bright and crisp, with lots of bright grassy hops, crisp crackery malt, and a little toasted. Alt. Grassy and crisp. Bright and vibrant. Excellent.

Perfectly clear golden coloured body with a faint white head, barely coating the top that stays afloat for a while, and a few bubbles rising from the sides. Aroma of soap, light biscuits, a touch of grain and some cleaner, more German hops without much alpha acids or punch - these are quite mellow throughout. Light-bodied; Strong grassy and floral flavours dominate with a big kick of the biscuity and soft grainy malty flavours and much less of the hops, but some light sweetness and citrus flavours show through at the end with a dash of pure lemon flavours. Aftertaste is dry and very grassy with the strength of the malt and light citrus notes dominating the tail end with a dash of cleanser and floral notes as well. Overall, a very easy-drinking, but full-of-flavour pils that shows some nice freh hop (albeit low alpha acid) flavours with a moderate malt and grassy backbone. Nice to sample and well recommended if you like Pilsners or lagers in general. I sampled this stubby, twelve ounce bottle, purchased from Whole Foods in Beverly Hills (Los Angeles), California on 26-December-2019 for US$2,69 sampled four days later in my hotel room here in [downtown] San Diego, California on 30-December-2019.

Tap at Takanoya. Clear gold. Nose is citrus hops, herbs, crisp crackery malt. Nice lemony hop flavor, crisp, clean malt. Simple but tasty and nice malt character.

Tap at Crack Shack in Costa Mesa. Clear sunny yellow pour with fine white head. Aroma is traditional pils - earthy hops, slightly urine, biscuit malt. Taste is as expected. Crisp and light. Earthy saaz hop pronounced but not very bitter. Fine Pilsner but wouldn’t get again.

Pours clear golden, medium creamy white head, dissipates slowly, nice lacing. Aroma is bready, grainy, grass, noble hops. Flavor is light sweet, light plus bitter, medium light body. Pretty good IMO

Draught at the source: pours clear gold with a white head. Aroma is bready and lightly grassy. Somewhat sweet.

Draft at the source. Clear pale straw, white head. Aroma of pils malt, floral notes. Taste follows nose with just a hint of white pepper.

Draft @ the brewery. Pours a clear yellow color with a small white head. Has a fruity malty grainy grassy aroma. Fruity malty grassy hoppy flavor. Has a fruity malty grassy hoppy finish.
