[2/20/15] Draught at Gordon Biersch Mission Valley in San Diego. Nice cloudy reddish amber with a beige head. Nice aroma of caramel, banana and a bubblegum note. Sweet flavor with malt, caramel, fruity esters and a light clove note. Medium-bodied. Decent and true to style.

Draft: Dirty banana and brown sugar aroma. Murky brown with a medium yellow head, some lacing. Banana, roasted wheat flavor. Lemony palate. Harsh mouthfeel. Nothing fantastic here, but true to the style.

Draft at Gordon Biersch at the SFO airport! Excellent on draft! Nose of banana, cloves, and bready yeast. Murky red-amber with a big off hwite glass lacing head, the color and murkiness looks like tomato juice was added, but not! Flavor is caramel, banana, and a tiny bit of hop bitterness. Good thing I walked around the terminal while I had to wait three hours even if it was a 7:30 AM breakfast beer.

Draught, GB Miami
Milky looking rich chestnut body with a thick head. Banana and marshmallow aroma. Sort of tart, with some banana and hints of chocolate. Kind of funky/sour note is a little weird, but otherwise a std example.
