Our Wanderer series takes inspiration from around the world, influenced by beers our team have enjoyed on their travels & with our brewers given free rein in their creations.
Hopped with copious amounts of Kush, backed up by Citra and Idaho 7, this clean and juicy IPA sings of mango, guava and a cornucopia of citrus. A well balanced bitterness and hints of pine provide a powerful, lip-smacking finish.

Can. Mitchell’s Wines. Moderate haze on a ginger gold (only Abbeydale would call a beer “Hazy IPA” when it’s not even that hazy). GF swede. In other words it looks shit. So sweet on the nose I’m wondering if it’s oxidised. Loads of ripe fruit. Bit of pine. Bit of mango. Super sweet brioche malts. Taste is sticky sweet with a moderate piny bitterness. Bit heavy on the palate. Bitter finish but the sweetness never gets reigned in enough. Yeah it’s wank, oxidised or not. A sweet heavy mess. I’m off down Abbeydale’s new taproom in a couple of days. Can’t wait…

Can from House Of Trembling Madness. Hazy deep golden body with a thin off-white head. No visible carbonation. Patchy lacing. Aroma of honey and apricot. Flavour of apricot and orange peel. Medium body with a slick texture. Soft fizz. Simple and nicely hopped.

440ml can from HOTM. Gluten Free. Hazy orangey amber colour, foamy white head and aroma of tropical, guava, ripe citrus, hops. Taste is malt, grain, fruity, tangy, tropical fruits, with spicy citrus and hop bitterness. Medium bodied, soft carbonation , drying spicy hoppy bitter finish. Nicely drinkable.

'Smoove & Turrell' were playing on stage whilst I was drinking this one. Hazy golden coloured keg pour, and crisp enough for it. Hints of fruits and sugars provide enough flavour, but it's more just drinkable over taste.
