(Draught at Stockholm Beer & Whisky Festival, 26 Sep 2015) Black colour with frothy, beige head. Sour, malty nose with notes of raspberries, chocolate and a balanced acidity. Malty, fruity, tart taste with raspberries, chocolate, a touch of balsamic vinegar and a balanced tartness in a finish with low bitterness. Almost full body, quite dry. Quite well balanced with both chocolate and raspberries coming through, together with a fresh sourness. Very nice.

3a cata RateBeer Cimmeria Oviedo 26..10..2015. (r89). Botella 33 cl. Fc pref 08..2016. Cuerpo medio bastante líquido y fácil de beber para sus 8.3 Vol. Maltas tostadas caramelizadas con abundantes toques de frambuesas y ligera acidez. Bastante gas con sensación alcohólica intensa. Final ligero amargo. Recuerdo de sour ale más que se stout. Buena.

[ As Tempel Perdition ].
Clear dark brown color with a average, frothy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate to heavy malty, roasted, chocolate, sour raspberry, tart. Flavor is moderate to heavy sweet, and light light acidic with a long duration, chocolate, roasted, raspberry, sweet and tart raspberry. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20150725]

Bottle at Black night 10/2015. Aroma raspberries, vinous. Rather simple, but intense. Very dark colour. Taste has lots of raspberries, almost overwhelming flavour-wise. Nevertheless nicely rounded and tasty. Only faintest hints of roasted malts.

Bottle at Black night, kindly shared by MisoW. Very dark brown color with medium beige head. Sour aroma with red wine, sour vinous taste together with red currant, marzipan. Good.

Keg at the Bishops Arms Gustav Adolf Tors Malmo, RBESG ’15 day 2, 21/08/15. Pitch black with a decent beige covering. Nose is bitter fruit, light roasted notes, tangy dark fruit rinds, liquorice. Taste comprises tarte dark fruit, light spice, sour mash, wood must, light cocoa, earthy. Medium + bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close with a pissy fruit wash. Ok dark sour, not a whole lot of depth for the ABV but fine to sup on.

Flaska från SB. Brunsvart vätska med fizzigt skum. Doftar saft och mogna hallon. Bränt kaffe och mörk bitter choklad i smaken, och så mer hallonsaft. Det brända kaffet växer och som avslutning finns bränd gummifabrik.

Flaska från SB. Smak och doft av hallon, röda vinbär, choklad, karmell med toner av vanilj, trä, kaffe och uns av aska. Syrlig, frisk, beska med smak av hallon och trä. Gott!

Tap during RBESG2015, Day 2, Malmö, Sweden - pours dark reddish brown near on black with off white head. Medium sour fruity aroma and taste, lots of berry fruits, (prominent raspberry) some medium roasted malty accompaniment with chocolate, dry tart finish. Interesting.
