Light amber in color, full bodied and well hopped. Simcoe, Cascade, and whole flower Mt. Hood hops were used. We dry hopped this ale with whole flower Starlings. A well rounded strong ale!

Can from Total Wine in Folsom, CA. Pours gold with a foamy, bubbly white head. Aroma is super floral/citrus. This could replace air! Near full bodied. Flavor is neither dank, nor floral, nor juicy, nor citrus, nor ? It's like a kaleidoscope of all those things. Hoppy as all heck. Not very dry - cause juicy. Not extremely bitter cause juicy. (but juicy isn't exactly right) Flavorful as all heck. Working up a hop burn. Beyond my abilities to parse. Do not hesitate to drink this. Given the prior ratings, this must have been amped up a bit.

Bottle at the DC Expanded Sour Tasting. Shared by DCLawyer. Thanks! Very malt forward. Lots of caramel. Lots of sweetness. Not balanced. No real hop character past bitter hop notes. Grassy finish.

Bottle - Resin and pine with a caramel bready backbone. Pale clear copper with a bubbly white head. Bitter, nutty, earthy and resinous with a bit of pine. The resin and earthy qualities is all you really get.
