Feedwater is a new collaboration beer brewed with our friend and talented home brewer, Espen Westum. We've brewed several beers with Espen before, and this time we went for a soft and saturated double IPA, hopped with our selected Mosaic, Galaxy, and Nelson Sauvin hops.

Can, eight weeks after canning. Pours cloudy yellow, with a big creamy head. Aroma is citrusy hops with grapefruit, lime, orange peel and tropical notes of passion fruit and pineapples, as well as grass, zesty wheaty notes and oaty minerals. Full body, with soft to average carbonation. Flavour is grassy hops with tropical notes of passion fruits, mango and citrusy notes of red grapefruit and oranges, as well as wheaty notes and oaty minerals. Semi dry hoppy finish. Smooth, balanced and quaffable.

On tap at Cardinal, Stavanger. Hazy pale yellow colour, moderate white head. Typical Salikatt aroma of tropical fruits and lactose. The flavour is a tad too far out on the sweet side, otherwise "typical Salikatt".

0,44 gledesspreder fra VP Hillevåg, hjemme mens jeg setter sammen en forundringspakke til Cunningham: igjen betryggende, velkjente toner fra Flintegata med tilhørende drikkeglede. Saftig, fyldig og nærende for kropp og sjel.
