C’est avec un grand plaisir que nous vous présentons cette collaboration réalisée avec nos amis de Tall Trees Brew Lab qui sont venus nous visiter directement de l’Oregon ! Pour l’occasion, nous avons brassé une superbe Double IPA qui met en vedette un trio de houblons incroyables. C’est sans contredis l’une de nos meilleures Double IPA ! Vous y trouverez des notes intenses de fruits tropicaux, de nectarine, de zeste d’agrumes et de cannabis.

Tap @ Frederiks, Aarhus. Hazy yellow with a white head. Aroma is sweet, malty, fruity and moderate hoppy - citrus. Flavor is quite sweet and light bitter. Sweet and light bitter finish. 080826

Hazy, golden-orange colour with a warm off-white head, average stay and light foamy lacing spots. Aromas of citrus, stone fruits, with tropical fruitiness and a touch of dank, but mostly grassiness. A juicy, wet mouthfeel, with some decent bitterness, but the dryness stays low. Lots of fruitiness continues in the flavours with some building grassy hops in the finish. Some mild booziness appears with time, building slowly like the soft dryness - eventually. A good juicy, super fruity Double NEIPA that goes down quite well, with a tad less dryness than most.

Can: Poured a hazy/cloudy pale yellow color ale with a large white foamy head with good retention and some lacing. Aroma of citrusy hoppy notes with some juicy floral hops undertones with some dank spicy hops notes and a semi-sweet finale. Taste is also a good mix of citrusy hoppy notes with some juicy floral hops undertones with some dank spicy notes and a semi-sweet finish. Body is full for style with a creamy feel with good carbonation. Enjoyable double NEIPA with dank spicy hops.

A hazed milky yellow DIPA with a thin lacing white head. In aroma, sweet fruity biscuit malt with resinous floral hops, dank notes, cotton candy, very nice. In mouth, a nice sweet fruity biscuit malt with resinous floral hops, grapefruit pulp, light tropical fruits, light dank notes, very nice. On tap at Hautes Plaines location.
