Long days and warm nights awaken the city. The list of neighborhood festivals is endless. As is the great music that brings us together in parks and parking lots. We brewed our Session IPA to be easy drinking and endlessly refreshing, so you can enjoy every encore.

Bright note of fresh oranges and other citrus fruit with a mild body that is crisp on the palate.

Bottle. Well, what we have here is yet another IPA. It looks like an IPA, smells like an IPA and tastes like an IPA. Must be an IPA?

Light candied citrus aroma, sweet, thin malts, with some grassiness. Thin mouth feel, light carb. Astringent finish, almost no bitterness, light sweet, candied hops.... Not very good.

On tap at Goose Island Brewhouse Chicago. Clear gold colour lasting white head. Some malt some hop some sweetness. A bit bland to be honest. Lacks malt mid mouth character.

Can pour into nonic pint glass from Bert's Better Beers. Appearance is clear, golden yellow with tons of sparkle, 2-finger width foamy white head with decent retention and no lacing. Aroma is earthy, floral hops, cardboard/cracker malts. Taste is cracker/cardboard malt base, earth. Palate is light-to-medium bodied with thin, frothy texture, average-to-lively carbonation and earthy/malt finish. Overall, this is light and refreshing and has an attractive look but has very little hop presence in the aroma or taste--could easily be a Premium Lager. Skippable.

341ml bottle. Pours a clear gold with a large, frothy, long lasting, off-white head that leaves curtains of lace. Sweet aroma of orange, pine, floral hops and biscuit malt. Sweet fruity flavour of orange, tangerine, lemon, pine and biscuit malt with a dry, grassy bitter, light resinous finish. Light body with an oily texture and average carbonation. The aroma was better than the flavour but overall was still ok.

Light gold. Has a slightly citrusy hop nose. Light pale malts and there’s a floral citrusy element. Ok IPA
