Named after two of our favourite cows at the Thornbridge smallholding, this is a classic Saison. It pours pale gold with a lively white head and a light haze. The aroma is bright with notes of cracked pepper, clove and spice with dashes of lemon. It’s dry and refreshing with a sparkling carbonation which lifts the body, leading to a snappy, crisp finish.

On keg at Greystones, Sheffield - Hazy pale yellow with a lasting white foam. Herby start, nice earthiness to the finish, clean citrus undertones. I've been a bit flat with Thornbridge Beer lately, but this is a refreshing - literally - reminder of what they are capable of.

Tight white head on an unclear pale golden coloured body.
Coriander, clove & earthy aroma.
Medium bodied, foamy dry & cloying.
Clove, coriander, grassy, earthy, yeast, lemon & black pepper tastes.
That's a good Saison.

Tap at Thornbridge. Misted slightly dirty gold. Slim lasting white foam. Nose is very yeast forward. Standard clove and banana esters. Dry and light bitter. Some dryness. Drinks decent with soft fizz. Fruity as it warms. Dry and bitter finish.
