Bottle at home. The colour is hazy brown and with a big compact beige head. Aroma of roasted malt, nuts, rye bread and some dried fruit. The flavour mirrors the aroma. Has a slick mouth feel, light to medium body and a light bitterness. Malty and nice.

Dark brown with a medium off white head. A malt aroma with some bread sense. Light bitter with a mild malt sense. Miss some spices to get the Christmas feelings. 75cl bottle.

Shared bottle at home. Pours hazy copper with off-white head. Aroma of caramel and some roasted notes. Tastes pretty bitter with some sweetness. Thin to medium bodied. Dry mouthfeel, bitter finish.

Bottle at Danish Ratebeer Summer Gathering 2015, Ulfborg. Pours clear amber brown with a bubbly ring off white head. Aroma of malt, caramel, Christmas spice, cinnamon and nutmeg. Flavour is over moderate sweet and light moderate bitter. Medium bodied with soft carbonation.
