Bottle at Hop Haven. Nice lime taste. Easy going, lime is at the front. Bit of grain. Nice enough.

Bottle: Poured a clear golden color Kolsch with a small foamy head. Aroma of lime juice and lime zest with some light cereal notes is enjoyable. Taste is a mix of dominant notes of lime zest and lime juice with some light cereal notes and some residual sugar notes. Body is about average with good carbonation. Enjoyable and refreshing but not sure the base Kolsch beer can really be tasted through all the lime notes.

A hazed golden kolsch with a thin white head. In aroma, nice fruity malt with light German hops, light mineral notes, light citrus, nice and smooth. In mouth, a nice sweet fruity malt with light mineral, light lime, pleasant. Bottle at GRMs dark Lord tasting.

Draught at St. Augustine’s, Vancouver
Hazy blond color. On the sweet side for a Kölsch, or maybe it’s the lack of bitterness; could be any anonymous Lager; luckily the lime is just a hint in the aroma and flavor, not too evident.
Beer for the uneducated drinker, very boring, but clean.

On tap at St. Augustine's, pours a clear pale copper blonde with a small white head. Aroma brings out light notes of lime and subdued biscuity malt. Flavour is dominated by fresh lime, leaving little else available to be discerned. A totally lime-dominated beer. It's okay.

Lime takes over what might otherwise be a decent kolsch. Clear straw color with small white foamy head. Aroma is mostly citrus, lime. Taste also dominated by citrus, almost like a limeade. Would be a good summer time drink, I’m a few months too late.

Bomber from Malt & Vine. Kaffir lime leaf aroma. Med minus body. Flavor is lime, not extreme, with zest and kaffir leaf distingquishable. Pale malt. Ends sort of citrus bitter - leaf and zest build up stronger. Interesting.
