Draft @ Delirium. Dorée-orangée trouble, col blanc-cassé. Arôme est légèrement malté pâle voire caramel assez basique, rétro houblonné noble offrant des effluves nobles légèrement fleuries, avec un côté levure typique de Rulles en rétro-nasal. Palais est très belge surtout niveau levure, un peu biscuité voire terreux. Houblonnage modéré ajoutant une pointe d’amertume. Malt ajoute une dimension agréable surtout vers ce biscuité assez distinct quoique en balance. Pointe légèrement épicé houblonnée avec ce petit côté fleuri en toute fin de bouche. Le côté saison reste discutable.

Bottle shared by Erwin Van Moll @ Van Moll Brewpub. Hazy orangy color, small white to off-white head. Smell and taste malts, lightly yeast, a touch of orangepeel, slightly herbs or spices and a slight touch of bitter. Decent body and carbonation. Ok beer.

Little cloudy amber to orange beer, big creamy off-white head, little stable, bit adhesive. Aroma: sweet, malty, caramel, orange peel, bit oxidized. MF: ok carbon, medium to light body. Taste: bit sweet, malty, citrus, a bit nutty, soft bitterness. Aftertaste: yeasty, bit spicy, some bitter hops, malts, grains, caramel, little bitter. This is no saison!!!
