650 ml bottle thanks to willrunforbeer, thanks?? Dirty brown color with fast drying white head. Aroma is lactic acid, vinager and funky oak. The flavor is just like the aroma with a lingering acid and funky oak. Lactic acid giving a slight pucker in the taste buds. Moldly grapes. Not my thing, so take my low score with a grain of salt.

750ml bottle pours an inky, caramel amber with some bright, white head. Nose has some tart berry, dried cocoa powder, red grape, musty. Flavor is lightly sweet, nice crackery malt, some green bell pepper, some acid, almost some rice wine vinegar, raisin, red grape, tomato, bread crust. Slightly acetic but refreshing finish. Very unique. Many components, but they don’t mesh well together.

750mL bottle, pours a murky amber brown with almost no head. Aroma brings out loads of red fruits, light red wine barrels, and wild yeast - very inviting. Flavour brings out loads of juicy red fruits, light-to-medium red wine barrels, and wild yeast. Dominated by the red fruits, only lightly sour. Finishes fairly wild and vinous on the finish. Quite well-integrated, with all the elements meshing well. Not the most complex, however. Good stuff, just nothing exemplary.
