Cloudy light tan, thin head. Aroma has gentle orchard fruit character. Lots of pride of ringwood taste. A little toasty, well-balanced.

330ml bottle. Golden amber colour, foam white head that dissipates and aroma of malt & light hop. Taste is malty with some citrus and a light earthy bitterness. Light bodied, well carbonated, dry finish. Quite OK.

Golden coloured body with a hazy glow and a thin off-white head. Aroma of light floral and citrus hops with a good dose of malt and a very light honey scent. Medium-bodied; Assertive fresh hop flavour that doesn’t last too long, some good malt notes behind, a little sweetness and alcohol flavours and a touch of herbal and dry notes. Aftertaste shows a nice bit of honey and sweetness, but mainly a good mix of malt and hops that shows well. Overall, a nice beer and with the pleasant surroundings, a great beer. I sampled this pint on draught at the brewpub/hotel in The Rocks, Sydney, New South Wales, Australia on my honeymoon on 14-August-2009.

Bottle. Pale amber, huge white head that collapses to an inch. Very high bead. Grainy aroma with some pears. Taste has grain and fruit sweetness and insufficient and indistinct bitterness. Rather dull. Better listed as a golden ale in my view.

Pours dark amber with a white suddy head.Nose shows next to no hops, just some faint grassy notes. Some sweet caramel is noticeable, but it seems stale. Some sulfur and vegetal characters put the final nail in the coffin.More of that dirty malt shows up as a flavour but, in a redeeming note, the caramel is more noticeable. Finishes with a very mild, plain bitterness.Low carbonation, body is too heavy in my opinion.

Bottle. Hazy amber with good off-white head. Aroma of floral hops with maybe a hint of citrus. Medium body, light carbonation. Malty with a nice floral hoppy reasonably bitter finish. A decent beer.
