Tap at Protokoll. Bit hazy golden body, off-white head, thick. Resinous aroma, bit herbal. Medium body, sweetish, herbal, resinous, clean maltiness but a bit sugary. Residual sugary and herbal-bitter notes in the aftertaste. Good stuff, but the body is nah.

Draught, 6.5% at the brewpub. Good fruity aroma. Hint of bubble gum. Cloudy dark golden colour. Good stable white head. The flavour is caramelly with a distinct bitterness. Bubble gum finish and aftertaste. Slightly sweet but well balanced by the bitterness.

(Draft at Manifest, Berlin, 14 May 2026) Amber colour with frothy, off-white head. Fruity, hoppy nose with citrus, orange peel and caramel. Fruity, hoppy taste with notes of citrus, orange peel, mandarin, crisp-bread and a balanced citric/piney bitterness. Medium body, with a touch of sweetness. Well balanced and refreshing. Very nice
