We had so much fun collaborating with Northern Monk on a fusion of our flagship beers last year that we had to go again, but this time bigger, bringing together our two colossi. Crack the can and bold aromas leap out: juicy stone fruit, grapefruit, and pineapple. It pours a glowing hazy gold, delivering a rich and luxurious mouthfeel before unleashing ferocious flavours of citrus, papaya and mango. This beer showcases the best of our two behemoths. Enjoy!

Clear golden colour, small white head. Aroma has citrus and pine but also some "yeast fumes". Light to medium-bodied. Clean palate. Grapefruit, pine and stone fruits. Lingering citrusy bitterness in the aftertaste. Some warming alcohol to mention. Another Thornbridge.

A golden beer, a head is medium and blond. Aroma has nectarin, grapefruit, also mango, some fructose. Taste has grapefruit, mandarin, fructose, some bitterness. Medium+ bodied. Quite strong, not the freshest fruit bomb. Pretty nice.

Thin foamy white head on an unclear dull golden coloured body.
Zest, dusty & cereal aroma.
Medium bodied, foamy with a cloying back.
Melon, peach, syrup tastes with a sickly sweet finish.
Heavy going - Far too sweet.

440ml can. Mostly clear golden with a white head. Aroma of mango, papaya, pineapple. Taste is slightly sweet, tropical, mango, papaya, pineapple, grapefruit, bit of pine, light bitterness. Medium bodied.
Definitely not a hazy in appearance or style, a bit of both coasts, decent effort tbh.

Can. Just a mild haze on this gold beer, a decent bubbly pale cream colour head. Palate is light and getting on for semi dry, good fine minerally carbonation. The light bodied pale malts are mildly sweet and has a natural grain. Fair dose of hop spice and good cooling pine. Juicy citrus and a little tropical fruits. A bitterish edge and increasing hop spice. Complex hop fruits, no surprise given 8 modern hops went in to this brew. Resinous citrus, a ripeish lemony cut. More going on but low level and well tangled. Light finish brings a very mild and soft skunk. Good stuff, leaning towards West Coast but swerving the tropes.

Can. Mitchellโ€™s Wines. Fine haze on a pale gold. Slim dense sticky glossy lacing lasting white foam. Looks tremendous. Nose has tinned fruit particularly pineapple and peach. Sweet pear. Brioche malts. Hint of sappy pine. Taste is super sweet with a decent hit of ripe citrus piny bitterness kicking in after a while. Sticky and slightly heavy on the palate. Sticky and bitter on the finish. Too sweet and too sticky. There is bitterness but itโ€™s outweighed significantly. Hoped for way better.
