Tap at scholars lounge , roma mild aroma mild flowery . Flavor is slightly citrussy, mild hard roasted malts. Minwral water. Fainter sweet dark caramelly notes

Pours dark amber with a fluffy white head. Aroma of dark malt. Taste is sweet and malty, fee hop influences. Palate contains herbal notes. Not bad.

Glass at Shamrock, Nijmegen, Amber red beer, small mousse head. Aroma is malt, some hops, taste is the same, sweet, some bitterness, mild flavour, ok.

Poured from bottle a deep amber with a good head of foam that dissipated slowly
The smell is a light note of malt and pretty much nothing else.
The taste is a mix of malt and faint hops....not at all exciting nor complex but certainly not offensive. I'll let my next bottle get closer to room temp and if there are any noteworthy changes in my opinion of this brew, I'll edit my review. As it stands now, this just lacks the flavour that I was hoping for in a UK session ale. Too bad.

On tap. Pours a slightly hazy red-brown with a small, creamy, long lasting, beige head that leaves curtains of lace. Sweet aroma of roasted and caramel malts. Sweet flavour of roasted malt, caramel, grain and a hint of nuts with a dry, slightly bitter finish. Light to medium body with a watery texture and soft carbonation. Not bad.

From old tasting notes. Clear amber orange color. Big rocky beige head. Toasted malt aroma with a hint of butterscotch in the backdrop. Somewhat dry flavor has a bubbly mouthfeel. Light bitter finish. Lacks real body or complexity.
