375 ml bottle at share. Golden pour with a small white head. Tart aroma, fruity, grassy, brett. Taste is heavy on the funk, light citrus, white grape, rounded out by oak barrel.

Bottle thanks to Rego. Pours a hazy gold with small white head that lasts. The aroma is strong oak, grape skin, lemon zest. Thin body, white wine, nice tartness, light dry finish, very nice.

Bottle, 2014 on cap, thanks to p1meatloaf. Pours crystal clear golden orange, small bubbly white head, dissipates quickly, some lacing. Aroma is oak tannins, stonefruit, basement, hint of acetone that fades. Flavor is full of oak with hints of vanillin. Light plust tart, light funk, oaky again. Medium body. Nice overall.

Bottled July 2016, shared by KBHess on 2/3/17.
Gentle to minimal haze to this blonde-golden beer with just a touch of light copper. Beige head atop is small and shows moderate retention for the style.
Beautifully expressed Brett in the nose is rounded out by just a touch of lacto-aceto acids, adding a bit more depth and strength. Otherwise, it’s full-on pineapple and guava-mango tropical fruit festivities. Light honey from the malt balances fairly amply and there is a good deal, though not too much oak to further add complexity. Don’t get any wine character in the nose but it’s not needed as the delightful Brett steals the show.
In the mouth it’s decidedly less vibrant/bright with more barrel tannin, stronger expressions of acetic acid and a rather tannic texture with oily sourness lingering strongly on the finish. Malts are certainly there, and appropriate, with good attenuation leading to a malty texture, but there’s a ton of acid and barrel here and it’s rather messy and unfocused on the finish. Light but engaging carbonation does help and no alcohol or flaw are noted.

Bottle at a tasting in Portland-Oregon, many thanks to douglas88 for hosting and offering. Hazy orange pour, minimal lacing. Nose: Cocoa, port wine, rich red/black wine. Just great. Mouth: fresh and clean, light wine, soft carbo, more cocoa, fantastic brew which talks to black/red rich wine but with a lager taste. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone
