Nitro pour at Brass Tap. Nitro really mellows it out, accentuates the delicate roast and chocolate tones. Pretty good.

Can, from the source. Pours dark brown with faint red highlights, large spongy dark beige head, caramel malt aroma, adequate carbonation, bitter roasted malt taste, thin body, long bitter finish. Good one.

Can. Deep cola brown with a light tan head. Roasty, nutty aroma. The flavor follows the aroma. Nicely done Schwarzbier

Rerate at brewery, cleaner, more umami mushrooms and dark choc. Backlog rating from 2015 at the brewery. Dark chestnut, low offwhite head. Roast, Dark sugar nose. Medium light body, mellow mouthfeel. Light fruity, dry roast, pleasant aromatic finish.

Can. Near black with plenty of fizz. Roasty malts and chocolate upfront, followed by some liquorice and a decent , bitter, finish. Enjoyable.

Light roast malt, dark brown pour. Light sweet finish with soft carbonation. Ok barley grain aroma here. Tap at Glen’s Market.
