Can picked up at Novy Rybník restaurant consumed Thursday 16th July 2026 at home listening to 6Music, it's Huw Stephens and it'll be Round Table later. This pours very much like the PSTRUH so a hazy dull gold with a large white head, light bitterness, nice mouthfeel a touch bready good body, not bad at all. Score: 6.8

Tap at Fest at Cross. Med-light apples and light oxidation going on, hence not the best of lagers. But that said, not the worst either. A bit scarce hops character too, more on the malty side, but at least not caramelly, rather bready, toasted. It might sound like I am trashing this beer, but actually I'm not, it is okay-good.

Tap at Ostrý. Took *ages* to pour, foams like a MF, with the creamy off white foam perching on top of a clear amber body. So far, so good. Light aroma, creamy, flowery, sweetish, okay. Sweetish malty taste, caramel, flowery, tart touches? No bitterness. Errrrr, not the best Czech lager around, that's for sure...
