Draught at the brewery
Golden color, hazy. The malt has a bit too much cereal character and paper; strong bitterness, some hop resins, but not too much hop quality; it’s quite dry, but not weak.
Easy beer.

Sample from a can. Pours a hazy, pale yellow with a small, foamy head. The nose is fresh and citrusy, with some crisp, pale maltiness and a bit of floral. Crisp, light bitterness up front that fades to a sweet finish. Light to medium body, effervescent, crisp, and bright. A pretty solid session IPA, with a good hop nose, without any abrasive hop bitterness.

Golden orange with a tall white head. Aroma is very citrus forward, grass, light toast. Strong grapefruit and tropical fruit finish. Bitter on the tongue. Medium thin body. Quite flavorful and not watery like many SIPAs. A standout in the style.

12 oz can poured. Pours a cloudy yellow color with a big foam head. This beers has an amazing, lemony hop aroma. Very light, and it’s no secret. Watery hop flavor, though not bad. Finishes a little empty. All things considered, this is a decent session. Just lacks a little in flavor. I can drink these all day though. Retry, canned on12/17/2015. This batch seems a little burnt, but not enough to be offputting. Still good.

[3/2/15] Draught at Fremont Brewing in Seattle. Slightly hazy gold. Aroma of some butter and slightly fruity hops. Flavor has some butter, fruity hops and a bitterish finish. Light-bodied. Could’ve been very nice without the diacetyl.

12 oz. can, pours a hazy golden with a small white head. Aroma is very light, with crackery malt and zesty piney hops. Flavour is very fresh and dry, with zesty piney hops and very crackery malt. Very sessionable and fresh, though a tad muted. Good stuff.

Pour is a cloudy copper with a large white head. Aroma is a abundance of fresh piney hops. Flavor is about the same. A juicy hop resin with plenty of bitterness and a small amount of mint. Not much of a malt presence as the mouth feel is pretty thin but for a 4% session this is plenty hoppy.

12 oz can, thanks brenn79. Aroma is grapefruit, lemon rind, piney. Pours hazy golden with a large long-sustaining cream-colored head that leaves curtains of lace. Taste is crisp and clean with all aroma descriptors firmly in place. Body is perfectly thin, mouthfeel is creamy, finely carbonated. I wish this was available in the summer. It would be perfect for camping. I could slam many of these down in hot weather.
