Draft at Olde Hickory. Pours a clear, straw gold with a finger of white foam that lingers. Some light pepper and mineral aromas with straw. More pepper, grain and mineral on the palate. Drying finish that lingers.

Sampled on draft this beer poured a yellow color with a large foamy white head that left great lacing. The aroma was fusel alcohol, perfume and a bit of grain. The flavor was off with fusel alcohol and a bit of perfume. Short finish. Light body.

Pour is a hazy straw with a large white head. Aroma is a bready malt with a slight vinegar. Flavor is again a mostly bready malt. Not much in the way of hops, this is a all malt pils. I also get some sourness after the swallow. This beer is on the verge or has become infected.

Re-rating since the beer has only recently been packaged in 6 packs. 7 week old bottle into a chalice. ABV 4.5% A: Very pale straw yellow color. Small head that fell quickly. Lazy bubbles rising. Very good clarity. Not much lace but looks good. S: Crackers, white bread. Little hop presence but what’s there is grass/moss. Faint pilsner smell doesn’t promise much. T: Much like the smell with sharp crackers upfront, then sour bread and finally light earthy hop notes. Malty but definitely not sweet. M: Crisp, sharp, and dry. Light bodied, refreshing and very easy drinking. O: Pleasantly surprised by this as it has low ratings. Not complex but well executed if a bit thin.

A lightly blonde pilsner with a thin white head. In aroma, sweet biscuit malt with grassy character, light Hops, OK. In mouth, a nice biscuit malt with light mineral notes, grassy hops, OK. On tap at Olde Hickory Station.

On tap @ Olde Hickory. Pours a very light yellow appearance with a thin white head. Pretty blend, a touch sweet market, lemon aroma. A touch zippy. Somewhat sweet flavor. Moderate carbonation. Kind of bland but not offensive.

Draft at the brewpub. Pours perfectly clear pale yellow with a fine, creamy white head. Light biscuity pale malts in the nose, cereal, hay. Light sweet flavor, lightly hoppy, further bisuity malts, mellow floral notes, hints of grass. Light bodied with average carbonation. Crisp finish, some dry cereal, biscuits, hay. Very basic.

Pours clear gold under a tall white head. Spicy hop aroma. The flavor is light malt balanced with a very light hop bitterness.
