Can at home. Pours slightly hazy golden with white head. Aroma of floral hops, cookies and light bread and light malt. Tastes slightly bitter with some sweetness. Thin bodied, slightly bitter finish. May be a bit too bitter for a Helles.

Can, #984, eight days after canning. Pours clear pale yellow, with a big creamy head. Aroma is pilsner malts with bread crust, hay and honey, as well as floral hops with grassy minerals. Medium body, with soft to average carbonation. Flavour is pilsner malts with bread crust, hay and heather, as well as floral hops with grass and herbal notes.

0,44 boks fra mitt gamle fjernlager i Verksgata , hjemme: nesten helt klar lys gylden med fint men kortvarig skum. Lys malt, urter og noen skogaktige toner. Tørr avslutning. Crisp, clean and lean! Min Salikatt #404.
