Bottle from Siren, Friday 21st February 2014 directly from brewery door, consumed at home Thursday 27th February 2014 Pours black with a small tan head, there is a little bit of coca cola in the mouth. Interestingly this is not as meaty as the Buffalo Trace version. There is more whisky on nose with this one, perhaps more than I expected. A little chewy, very warm in mouth, this is becoming very chocolatey and smooth, bettrr than the Buffalo Trace. A7 A4 T8 P4 Ov16 3.9
