Stubby bottle. Cloudy pale with some sediment on the bottom. Light aroma of bubblegum. Mild banana yeasty flavor, very on style for a wit, maybe even a lighter hefe. Good friendly bubbly session. Even keel, very like-able. Well done and well balanced, no sense of nasty wheat ale what-so-ever. Could drink a few of these. Quite an essential style after so many brazillion IPA. Very nice finish, overall very good beer tasting session, thank you B. Orange peel does not distract from the total well done hefe thing going on here. Yes, not so much of a wit as it is a hefe.

Refrigerated 12 oz. brown squat bottle poured into a weizen glass. Pours opaque pale golden with small white head. Aroma is effervescent citrus, medium body, medium carbonation, and some small bubble lacing. Taste is rich esters, lemon, some coriander, and hints of citrus. Like the richness in this one.

12 oz. bottle. Perfect appearance of hazy gold with a dense white head. Great yeast aromatics. Clove, banana, citrus fruits and light coriander. Very true to style flavor of orange peel, coriander, lemongrass and wheat back bone. Lightly tart finish. Dry texture with the correct amount of Co2. I went to reach for another when I realized I only had one bottle. This is a very good Wit! Would pay money for another.

12oz bottle poured into a shaker. Pours a hazy light gold with about a finger of white head. Aroma of coriander, wheat and orange pulp. Taste is light sweet. Wheat, orange and coriander. Light bodied with a somewhat sticky texture. Lively carbonation and a long finish. Overall, great. I don’t usually dig wheat beer but I do in this case.

Bottle at the Funky 7, in Brooklyn. Pours a lightly hazy yellow with a white head. Very pleasant character overall. Modest yeast and sweetness. Fresh. Light to medium in body with fine carbonation. Mild fruits in the finish with more yeast and wheat notes. Nice.
