Tap at Higgins. Light hazy golden, white lace. Tropical aroma. Medium body, dry sparkling, chewy, fruity, light pine, gooseberry. Dry hop fizz finish. Pleasant, very drinkable.

Drunk at Higgins tap house. Great west coast nose of citrus with a hint of pine, just less caramel. The flavor has a tiny reminder of cara sweetness and great piney notes, really liked this, perfect pils feeling from the smooth bitterness and dry character.

Can picked up from Craftbeershop Parchim Germany consumed at home Saturday 22nd August 2026 listening to Craig Charles Funk and Soul show on 6Music, we had a Fish Pie for tea that Loz made, we also made two huge Zwetschgenzopf and a large Zwetschgenkuchen with plums from the garden. Pours gold, decent clarity with a mid sized white head. Light maltiness in the nose, pleasant hoppiness smells like sitting outside with a summer meadow fragrance. Good hoppiness in the mouth, crisp, fresh, building bitterness, a little lemonyness also pops through, nice light underlying maltiness, very nice. Score: 7.3
