33cl Bottle at Lost Property. IPA? Wow.. Clear deep ruby amber colour, creamy off white head. Aroma is very sweet, candy, light hoppy, caramel, toasted malts. Flavour is sweet, malty, caramel, cotton candy, bitter hoppy finish with a grainy touch. Light to medium bodied. Not bad, but not an IPA by far.

Bottled at Pressklubban, Stockholm. Hazy mahogany colour, fairly rich head. Fruity nose with black currant and coffee. Mid sweet with medium-full body and soft mouthfeel. Nutty with some coffee, covered by a generous blanket of floral black currant hops.some dark chocolate comes through in the long, bitter finish

Bottle. Clear dark brown color, creamy beige head that settles quickly. Aroma of caramel and nuts. Taste is sweet caramel with a toasty and nutty edge. Not bad.

Small, tan head, fast gone over muddy cola-coloured beer, orange sheen. Bananaester, near a German Weizen, bubble gum. Dry wood, but still mixed with banana (even overripe banana). Fuselalcohols, for sure. Medium bodied at least, quite carbonated. Chocolate and non-sweet liquorice flavours in the aftertaste. Not bad at all. The nose is unsettling for a Belgian beer, let alone for something aimed at IPA...

14/08/2011 33cl bottle @ Internationaal Streekbierenfestival Zwevegem (2011-392)

Cloudy red brown beer, light beige small head, unstable bit adhesive. Aroma: fruits, bit of pineapple but just very faint, metallic. MF: good carbon, full body. Taste: bit sweet, fruity, mocha, hops, some caramel, citrus. Aftertaste: citrus, hops, pretty dry finish. Not exactly what is to be called an American IPA.
