Orange with a huge foamy orange-white head that lingered and left excellent lacing. Lightly bitter, vaguely fruity and somewhat citric. Medium finish and body.

Draft at taproom. Dark, clear amber, small creamy head. Aroma is caramel malts. Taste follows with a bit of sweetness, mostly caramel, light bitterness. Northern IPA seems a lot like the English...

Fairly crisp copper and bronze coloured body with a smooth, two centimetre tall tan head. Aroma of light herbs, some stale malt with a small dose of grassy and slightly piney hops with no bitterness at all. Light-bodied; Sharp grassy and lightly resinous flavour with some balanced malts that show more biscuits and bread than anything else along with a very light citrus sweetness. Aftertaste shows the light grasses, a touch of grain, a little herbs, but just some subtle sweetness and a little hoppiness with no real bitterness or bite from those hops. Overall, a fresh and grassy IPA that shows almost like a Light IPA with some herbs and mellow sweetness at the end. Nice to sample given that I haven't seen anything from this brewery in the midwest, but was available here in New York. I sampled this sixteen ounce pint-sized can purchased a few minutes ago from Whole Foods in New York (Bowery), New York on 23-February-2018 for US$2,99 sampled in my hotel room just a few minutes later on 23-February-2018.

Minnesota Trip Beer #19. Keg at Scuzzy’s, 5/7/16. Clear copper, large creamy off-white head, good retention. Aroma of mild herbal hops. The taste is herbal hops and caramel malts. Medium bodied, strong lingering bitterness.
