Lichtbitter, fruitig en continu gehopt met Amerikaanse hoppen. Een heerlijke doordrinker voor de zonnige dagen of als dorstlesser na noeste arbeid op ’t land.

Bottle at Borefts 2015. Hazy, golden yellow. White head. Fruity-grassy aroma of pepper, lemon, ginger. Fruity-grassy taste of lemon, grapefruit, ginger, pepper. Short, peppery, earthy finish. Thin to medium body, slightly effervescent mouthfeel, soft carbonation. Okay.

25/IX/15 - 33cl bottle @ Borefts 2015 (Bodegraven) - bottled: 30/V/15 (2015-1306) Thanks to the client brewer for stealing one of our pens and then handing this bottle in return. :p
Little cloudy blond beer, big - no - huge creamy white head, very stable, adhesive, leaving a nice lacing in the glass. Aroma: pretty fruity, lots of apples, bit sweet, very yeasty, cider, bit woody. MF: ok carbon, medium body. Taste: lots of apples, bit sourish, wheat, pretty bitter. Aftertaste: hoppy, yeasty, grassy, bit fruity, and is that coriander? Probably.

Sampled @ Tilburg Bierfestival. Lightly hazy yellow color, small to average sized white head. Smell and taste malts, moderately bitter, lightly yeast and a slight touch of herbs or spices. Decent body and carbonation. Not bad.

Nose is dull ester, apricot, quite a bit of apricot, malt,… Taste is grainy peach, apricot, malt, bread, quite a bit of ester, bread, peach,… Quite estery but in a pleasant way with stone fruit,… Rather grainy, not bad at all. Nice work. (Thanks for sharing!)

Hazy yellow. Flavour of spicy yeast and a touch of pepper. Hint of sweetness in the background. A mild but well balanced flavour.
