Draft at Barcade, 8/25. Pours a dark brown black color with a lasting sheet of brown head. Decent lacing as well. Roasted malts on the aroma. Mild salinity comes through as well. More dry/roasty than it is salty. Minimally sweet as well. Medium carbonation and a solid mouthfeel. Solid, drinkable beer.

On tap at Scion in DC. Labeled as John Dorry Oyster Stout. Pours an inky black, beige lacing white head. Nose is malty, chocolate powder, toast, a little molasses. Flavor is malty, toast, brown sugar, caramel, a little coffee grounds. Dry finish. Nice.

Cask at The Pony Bar, NYC. Pours clear, black-brown with a bubbly, tan head. Nice mild roast character. Light saltiness. Some cocoa. Light to medium in body with fine carbonation. Good balance. An overall pretty nice beer in good condition.

On tap at Beer for Beasts. Had this immediately after waiting outside in cold for a bratwurst, why not allow us to bring beers out? It would have warmed the soul. Anyways this pours black and slick. Roasty slight oyster sweet but hop nd coffee bitters. Quite fond of this
