Tap at Hopscotch. Nice aroma, citrus, Brett, bit grainy, but funk is at the top. Taste is nice, light funk, yoghurt, citrus, herbal, touch of salt if I'm looking for it. Nice tartness. Very refreshing. Don't get the booze. Good stuff.

I am surprised this is rated so highly. Dry, aroma yeast and some hops. Dry flavor, earthy, and an odd finish of fish.

0.5l bottle. Murky golden body with an enormous white head. Aroma and taste are dominated by the brett character (wether clussenii is thechnically a brett or not). Lots of wite pepper, lemon zest and lemon juice to it as well as some barnyard character and a hint of grapefruit. I don't find the salt that prominent, so I guess there wasn't a lot added. Medium bodied with a very lively carbonation that makes the beer super refreshing. A very nice saison.

500mL bottle, pours an opaque golden orange with a huge foamy white head. Aroma is hugely fragrant on the funk, with leather, light salt, floral and citrus hops. Flavour follows accordingly, with huge funk, citrus hops, leather and some floral notes. Lovely funk character, with a bone dry, bitter finish. Excellent.

Bottle from Beergium, cellared for about a year. Slightly hazy yellow with big head on top. Aroma has lots of zesty lemon and grapefruit, taste is similar at first. After a while yeast comes through a lot with dry wood and slight funk. Lightly salty finish.

Crisp, slightly hazy golden coloured body with a dense, thick, five centimetre tall pure white head that fades fairly quickly to a single centimetre. Aroma of tart brett, crisp wheat and light malt and a bit of lemons and salt with a rich funk and definite yeastie kick - very nice. Medium-bodied; Deep rich malt flavours with a pungent kick of astringent medicine and funk, but the alcohol and dryness really comes throughout. Aftertaste is almost all pure brett, funk and grass - pungent with a good deal of alcohol, grain and herbs - very bitter and long-lasting. Overall, a much stronger and fuller flavoured beer than is typically made by the brewery. That said, it had it’s pungency which I didn’t typically like as much, but the complexity is definitely there, but the flavours aren’t the best in their large doses - however, I’m sure this is highly rated due just the label on the front of the bottle. I sampled this 50 cL bottle purchased from Craft & Growler in Dallas, Texas on 01-September-2015 for US$9,79 sampled at home in Washington on 23-February-2017.
