Bottle from Beer Republic. Aroma is bombastic bretty funk, peppery yeast, grainy malt, fruits, citrus, melon, grass, stone fruits, some bubblegum from the hops. Flavour is slightly sweet and light tart, not picking up any salty notes. Body is medium with heavy carbonation. Nicely bretty and funky, dry-ish with a little sweetness, lots of character.

Shared bottle at Mi2 at Cardinal 28.09.20. Cloudy pale straw colour. Foamy white head and lacing. Arom and taste of brett, barn, canned bamboo shoots, pine and pilsner malt. Hints of fresh pork manure in aftertasfe.

500 ml bottle, Cardinal Pub & Bar, Stavanger. ABV is 8.1%. Gusher bottle. Slightly hazy golden colour, huge and coarse white head. Pleasant aroma of brettanomyces, farmhouse kitchen, citrus, oak and apple cider vinegar. The flavour is quite dry and moderately sour, notes of brettanomyces and citrus again, fairly distinct bittering hops, a hint of salt.

Dusty, dirty yellow-straw body, thick puffy off-white head. Nose of pineapple and spicy/peppery esters; also pear or white grape, floral notes (chamomile), finishing bitter. Sharp, herbal, perfumy and bitter body, the spritzy carbonation enhancing its bite. More bitter/peppery than tart but funky pineapple notes are present. Very good.

Rocky white head left a frothy cover on a hazy golden body. Brett, hay, yeast & citrus aroma. Medium bodied, well carbonated with an aerious back. Yeast, Brett, lemon, vinous & tangy tastes with bitter sour finish. Loving this one.

Tap @ Fermentoren, Aarhus. Pours hazy light yellow with a medium head. Aromas of citrus, lemon zest, brett, stone fruits, light hops and some floral notes. The aroma on this is soooo nice! Taste has the same citrussy notes to it, mango, pineapple, some tart stone fruits, funky, lemon zest with a dry and floral finish. Damn, this is good!
