750mL bottle, pours a murky brownish red with a big beige head. Aroma of toffee, caramel malts, grapefruit, oak, floral hops, and a little toasted bread. Flavour is quite rich and sweet, with grapefruit and candied sugar upfront, following with floral hops, oak, vanilla and slight bourbon on the finish. Alcohol is well-incorporated with a sweet finish. Very enjoyable.

This brew pours a rich chestnut color with a medium thick and frothy light tan head that dissipates steadily. Rings of lacing on the glass. Oaky and hoppy aroma with some pine in the background. Medium to full body with a piney hops character and flavors of oaky vanilla, earthy malt and a bit of citrus. The finish is hoppy with an oak and toasted malt aftertaste. Above average overall.

0.75L pours deep clear amber with near infra red edges and assertive tan head. The aroma is bourbon booze and some oak as well as lesser notes of prunes, pine hops and some oaky spices. The taste is similar with loads of bourbon booze, some oak, spicy oak notes and a modest level of sweet vanilla. It picks up additional notes like prunes, sugary raisins and slivers of pine and citrus hops here and there. This is just too barrel forward for my taste.

Bottle shared by Dmac at Paul’s gathering. Pours clear amber with white head. Nose and taste of yeast, caramel malts, citrus, herbs and buttered bread.

Pours clear deep amber into a snifter. Fluffy off-white conglomerate head with excellent retention slowly recedes leaving spider lacing. Dark caramel and resin aromas. Sweet, thick dark caramel upfront turning oaky in a lasting toasted resin burn.

750 ml bottle from Bottle Barn. Nose is light pine and floral hops, with hints of toffee and caramel. Hazy rust red with a big, long lasting, lightly lacing beige head. Flavor is lighly bitter with pine, toffee, and caramel.

Tampa Wkly Gathering @TampaPourhouse-on tap-pours a light tan haed and copper color. Aroma is resin/herbal hops, medium malt. Taste is resin/herbal hops with some bite, caramel-light/medium malt.

Bottle shared by Kyle, thanks! Poured a clear amber with a gray head that dissipated quickly to the edges. Aroma had notes of pine, olive and soap with a bit of backing citrus and grain. Flavor had more sweet grain coming through joined by pine, oak and an olive note coming out in the finish.

Pour is an amber with a very large tan head. Aroma is smoky and oak with some alcohol. Flavor is oak, molasses and some dark bread. The oak-aged Bigfoot takes over everything the other 2 beers would offer and that’s were this one will lose points. As a beer alone Bigfoot is great but when your looking for the other 2 and get nothing it kinda disapoints. Still its a big bottle of oak-aged Bigfoot and its kinda tasty.

750 mL bottle. Pours a clear copper with a large off-white head. Tons of grapefruit hops in the aroma backed with pine resin, caramel, grassy hops, and biscuit. Flavor is again loaded with bright, fresh hops, both citrus and resinous pine, caramel, with sweetness and bitterness and an alcohol tingle. This is great stuff.
