Draft @ 800° Three Fires. Earthy coffee, ash, and very light chocolate aroma. Black brown with a moderate creamy beige head. Bright fruity coffee, earthy/dirt, and very light chocolate flavor. LIght body, soft carbonation. I’ve been digging these lighter bodied sessionable stouts, which are nice change of pace for the summer.

Bottle, thanks Lori. Pours opaque brown with a small tan head and some lacing. Aroma is coffee, roasted malt. Flavor is the same, coffee, cocoa, dark roasty malts, touch of astringence. Light sweet, medium bitter. Medium body. Not bad.

bottle - Pours near black with a tan head. It has a fairly mild roasted malt aroma. The flavor is of coffee and dark roast malt. The roast character leaves a lingering mild bitterness on the palate. This medium bodied brew is tasty and overall works quite well.

A big black yes black coffee beer. Very nice foamy head. Yes, what else can you say about cold black coffee from start to finish. Lower alky makes this rather drinkable.

Light body with a roasty coffee character and notes of malt and a touch of cocoa. The finish is a lingering mild roasted coffee. Above average light Stout overall.

Pours mahogany-tinged black into a Sam glass. Mocha pancake head with good retention recedes leaving spot lacing to coat surface. Toasted nuts and chocolate aromas. Dry, dark espresso from front to back with sweet milk chocolate in the middle and a lasting bitter resin and bean finish.
