[as StataleNove 428 Cobra Jet, ABV 6.0%] Bottiglia. Il gusto al naso propende per il luppolo. L'intensità olfattiva è normale e la maniera in cui permane è sufficiente. Il manto birroso superiore è caratterizzato da una schiuma che resiste abbastanza. La grandezza delle bollicine è a grana medio-fine. Il liquido è di consistenza trasparente. Bollicine fini costituiscono la forma del perlage. La carbonazione è bassa. Il colore è ramato. Il corpo è rotondo. L'amaro è pronunciato. La forza gustativa è elevata. La continuità gustativa è buona. Le sensazioni boccali finali risultano luppolate. Il finale è amarognolo. Il retrogusto è intenso e persistente. Al palato arrivano note di miele, amaretto, frutta secca, luppolo, agrumi e pompelmo.

Bottle from Statale Nove, Crespellano nr Bologna, Feb 2011 consumed March 10th 2011 Pours mid amber with an off-white head. There is a nice clean nose to this, hops show but then a sweetness, touch syrupy maybe. Taste is bittersweet leaving a furry coating on the tongue. Its actually quite bitter but soon sweetens, some citrus pithiness thrown in there as well. A7 A4 T7 P4 Ov14 3.6

Draft: Poured a brown with a tan colored head. Aroma was light with a mix of malts and hops. Taste is gritty as a fight between hops and sweet malts make for a balanced beer.

Draught at the brewery. Dark amber color, off white head, solid lacing. Aroma of butterscotch. Taste is slightly sweet, slightly bitter, grass, straw. Disappointing aroma, pleasant enough taste.
