Slightly hazy copper coloured body with a very thin slightly-off white head and a bright glow. Aroma of potent hops, apples, fruit, resin and a touch of pine are all noticeable and very strong at that. Medium-bodied; Strong assertive hops in the flavour with pine and floral notes very strong coupled with a well-balanced malt backbone and a lightly bittered finish. Aftertaste shows a lot of pine and floral hops, a good amount of malt and a good metallic and pungent earthy finish. Overall, a nice IPA - strong as hell showing a lot of good hop character and a flash of bitterness, paired with the perfect amount of malt. I sampled this 65 cL bottle purchased from Ye Olde Spirit Shop in Frederick, Maryland on 29-July-2010, sampled at home in Washington on 12-September-2010.

Bomber from Malt & Vine. Pours hazy pale copper with a foamy, clingy, lacey 3 finger off-white head. Aromas of grapefruit and floral. Medium plus body with creamy/foamy carbonation. Lots of grapefruit rind flavor which mostly hides some roast malt. It is very bitter. Might develop a touch of pine. Hard to tell. This is a really good IPA. Gotta be in the top ten for IBU!

Thanks to brewolf for this one! The pour is slightly hazy dark copper body with a tall, creamy, long lasting off-white head. The aroma is fresh citrus with just a touch of pine & mango. The flavor is crisp, with lots of hop bitterness going all the way to the finish. The malt is quite subdued. If you’re a hop head, CHARGE!
