Bottle kindly donated by OMB, shared with JMD at HNB 26.12.14. Black. Persistent pale brown head and lacing. Fruity aroma of dark berries, roasted malt and dark chocolate. Similar taste, with a slightly sour freshness with dry roasted barley

Alta schiuma, buoni amici! ABV 7%, ikke 6,5 som RB sier.

750ml bottle pours a viscous, opaque black with a thin, beige head. Aroma is nice, malty, toasted breads, a little cherry, a little cola. Flavor is bread, crackers, malty, sweet, light coffee, vanilla, black cherry. Finish is super smooth. Finally, an Italian beer I like. This is an Italian take on a Belgian stout. Very neat.

Bottle: Poured a deep black with a tan head. The aroma was light coffee. The taste was acidic coffee, nice hops character, and just a hint of chocolate. Originally started drinking this at a temperature that was to cold, so it livened up as I went. By far the brewers best beer IMO.

Bottle at the brewery. Nearly black, small tan head, good lacing. Aroma of caramel. Taste is sweet, malty, subtle chocolate. Would be a good base for barrel aging.
