Taste: Dark chocolate and dried prunes come out first, followed by a strong Turkish coffee and stewed blackcurrant jam. Vanilla supports, followed by a long, lingering — BÄNG — from the chilli. Just enough to shock your tastebuds and leave you wanting more.

Wasn’t expecting 70s for the annual leaf clean up, but if I am supposed to drink a stout, I’m going to drink a stout.

Pours an oily black from a bottle. Fair amount of vanilla and even cinnamon? Not picking out much chili or prunes. Good beer.

Poured from 330mL bottle. Very dark brown with small beige head. Chocolate malt, mild roast underlay, hint of vanilla and fruitiness, not really picking up much chilli. Decent.

bottle pours very very very dark brown, settles black, small brown head. Roasted malts, booze, mix of toffe with dark caramel and dark dried fruits. there might be a faint chili fruity note in the aroma. Flavor is roasted malt, licorice, faint very dark chocolate, coffee, there might be some peppery chili bite, but it's faint for me (i eat too much hot chili i think). quite rounded and quite complex flavor, good imp stout sipper. not sweet, good stuff.

Draught: Poured a pitch-black color stout with a dark brown foamy head with light retention and minor lacing notes. Aroma of black chocolate notes with some vanilla and faint chiles notes. Taste is also a complex mix of black chocolate notes with some light prunes and vanilla notes with some mild heart from the chiles with a dry finish. Body is pretty full with oily texture and medium carbonation with no real apparent alcohol notes. Well balanced stout with just enough chiles.

Mooolto pericolosa. Põhjala una garanzia. Birraland.it 11.03.23
