This beer has a generous head compact and firm. Its slightly brown colour is the result of the roasted barley. It has a dark ruby brown colour and a very intense aroma. The aromatic herbs and spices used greatly enhance its delicious smell. This beer is full-bodied with a smoothness that is the result of the synergy of caramelized malts, carefully controlled fermentation and long cold storage. St-Feuillien Cuvee de Noel has a very subtle bitterness that is the dominant flavor in this harmonious ale that strikes a perfect balance between all the different ingredients.

Keg at The Dovetail, Farringdon, the one new rate on works Xmas piss up, 08/12/23. Had this in Belgo land back in the day so nice to catch up. Hazed mahogany brown with a good sized lasting beige head. Nose is liquid fruit cake, spice, herb, figs, dates, toffee, brown bread. Taste comprises fruit cake, light winter cheer, herb, toffee, clove, spice, dates, brown sugar dusting. Medium plus bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close with a balanced cloak of alcohol. Solid sipper ... the Belgo's know how to lay down an Xmas bier!

On tap at Las Cervezas del Mercado, Valencia. A dark amber, almost red pour, with a thick, long-lived, tan colored head. Aroma is orange blossom, juniper, pie dough. Taste is slightly sweet, not too crisp and not bitter at all. Medium body, medium-lasting aftertaste.

A sör színe is a tökéletes mély borostyán szín! Íze, testessége is szinte teljesen tökéletes!

Simple label, classic Belgian bottle. However! I have never seen a more beautiful and larger, denser foam when filling! Creamy and perfect! The color of the beer is also the perfect deep amber color! The aroma is also fantastic, powerful, dried fruit, orange, spicy, complex! So far completely flawless! It could be compared to another Belgian that I hold very dear, but I prefer not to. The taste and body are almost completely perfect! Caramel, berry fruity, a little hop bitterness is also hidden, but it is more dried fruit, cognac, very complex and complex. A very, very outstanding and delicious beer! It is not maximum, because perhaps it could be a little more full-bodied - of course it is still perfect - the alcohol is slightly felt, and this is natural. A masterpiece, a very good beer!!!

Bottle from Drinks Vanuxeem, Ploegsteert, Belgium. Pours a murky mahogany colour with a large thick foamy beige head. Aromas of red berries, cherries, caramel and fruit cake. Taste has more fruit cake, berries, cherries, caramel, burnt brown bread and a touch of brown sugar. Well balanced. Medium body with average carbonation. Nice beer and very Christmasy.
