25.02.2015, 0,75l bottle sampled @ BBGTC tasting:
Tiny bubbly shortlasting head. Aroma is slightly sour-ish yeastie, weeds, bread yeast, hay, dry apples, minerals, sour grass, hints of peach. Taste is slightly sour-ish mineraly, wet hay, sour grass, minerals, weeds, paper, grain, unripe peach. Little bitterness, watery and mineraly mouthfeel. Ohh so boring!

Don’t underestimate it for being low on alcohol: it’s very good. On tap at De Struise brewery, Oostvleteren. Pours clear pale yellow, no head. Aroma is lambic wild yeasts, dry cider, green apple (no peach scents, though). Taste is very dry, moderate sour. Fizzy thin texture. Medium-lasting finish.

Bottled, from Monk’s Cafe and Brewery, Stockholm. Cloudy golden, small head. Floral nose with some peach and light milky tartness. Dry with very light body and crisp mouthfeel. Refreshing with balanced tartness and mild notes of peach. Low bitterness.

Keg at the school, Oostvleteren, 21/11/15. Clear golden with a decent off whtie covering. Nose is peach, grain, bread dough, light citric peel, hay. Taste comprises pale malt, light funk, peach licks, straw, floral notes. Light to medium body, fine carbonation, semi drying close. Ok refreshing number - great palate cleanser amongst some of the monsters lurking on the Struise taps!

Bottle. Pours yellow, with finger thick creamy head. Aroma is zesty hops and light roasted malts, as well as some metallic notes of minerals, and musty fruit peel. Light body, with soft carbonation. Flavour is fruity hops with lemon, fruit peel as well as peaches and stone fruits, and light roasted malts with cereals, honey, toffee and some fitting buttery notes. Not all that really, with a fair enough drinkability. A massive letdown coming from Struise though.
