Unfiltered blonde beer with a touch of wheat and a strong bitterness. Brewed the good old way, it is very refreshing. The only Saison beer produced in the region of Namur! The foam and bubbles are delicate and fine. Balance is the key word for this beer. It shifts between floral aromas, lime, a little broom and a lace mouth, but is robust at the same time. Refreshing as hell, this beer takes us back in time.

Draft taproom. Slightly hazy pale golden, soft white head. Floral aroma, minor citrus notes. Flavor is somewhat urinal cake: notes if citrus, floral hops. Not bad. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Bottle, 0.75l, shared with my colleagues. Pours hazy straw color with large soapy white head and sparkling appearance. Aroma of wheat, citrus, yeast and herbs. Taste starts light sweet grainy, follows herbal, citric, peppery and slightly medicinal, mouthfeel is crisp and dry, while finish is medium bitter. Light to medium body, thin texture and lively carbonation in palate. Mehhh, lacks some character...

Bottle at Erzbierschof Monday Club. Pours hazy light yellow. Delicious herbs and spices over a wit yeast aroma. Almost soapy. Refreshing taste through an embracing smooth fine carbonation over light body. Herbs and spices are present throughout. Nice.

750 ml bottle split 2 ways with Willrunforbeer on the share. Yellow /golden color with a great billowing head. Plenty of carbonation in the chalice.

Aroma is citrus aroma, wheat, and straw. The flavor follows suit and it is a simple, classic Belgian ale. Grainy texture in a lighter body. Mouthfeel is nice and gives an effervescence. Definitely a decent table beer.

33cl bottle from eDrinks, Tallinn. Pours hazy pale golden with a white head. Fruity and yeasty aroma with spicy notes, typical saison and noticable Belgian. Moderate to medium sweet with a pleasant acidity and medium flavour intensity. Fairly refreshing and quite tasty.

75 cl bottle from Systembolaget. Poured in to a Tulip. Why is this listed as a Belgian Ale? Hazy, golden colour with a big, fluffy white head. Fruity aroma with citrus fruits, bretts, light barnyard, bread and pale malts. Taste is bitter. Medium body with a creamy texture and a lively carbonation. Finishes dry and fruity bitter with lemons and yeasts. Lovely, classical Saison.
