We brew Koper (meaning copper) with rye. And with the German Perle hop - which brings out the peppery character of the rye. The combination of rye, full caramel and a balanced base of hops make Copper a beer to enjoy. A fruity aroma and a bitter base make this beer surprisingly drinkable and full of flavor at the same time.

30 cl bottle @ home. Hazy copper color. Rocky, light beige head. Aroma’s of sweet fruits, light rye, hops. Retronasal: a lot of sweet fruit, hoppy. Flavor is moderate sweet, fruity, moderate bitter. Body is rather full, due to the rye. Finishes rather dry, moderate bitter. Maybe a bit too fruity aroma-wise, but very nice taste-wise. en lekker dik.
