We brew Koper (meaning copper) with rye. And with the German Perle hop - which brings out the peppery character of the rye. The combination of rye, full caramel and a balanced base of hops make Copper a beer to enjoy. A fruity aroma and a bitter base make this beer surprisingly drinkable and full of flavor at the same time.

33 cl. bottle @ home, bought @ W. van Schaik, Vianen. Slightly hazy copper/amber with a white head. Malty aroma with some grassy hops. Taste is medium bitter, with that rye edge to it. Finish is rather short but otherwise an enjoyable beer. Kudos for the great label.
