(Draught at Kafé Belgie, Utrecht, 26 July 2017) Hazy yellow colour with frothy, white head. Malty, slightly fruity nose with white bread, orange and coriander. Malty, fruity taste with notes of white bread, peaches, hay, orange peel and coriander. Medium body, with a touch of sweetness. Hardly any bitterness. Tasty and refreshing, but hardly exciting. Quite enjoyable.

0.33 l bottle from ’Wijnhuis Blerick’, best before February 2018. Hazy, straw yellow with a thin, fluffy, slowly diminishing, white head. Sweetish, quite fruity and moderately yeasty-spicy aroma of lemon peel, pineapple, hay, some banana and hints of clove. Sweetish, quite yeasty-spicy and slightly fruity taste of banana, lemon peel, pineapple, hay and some clove, followed by a short, moderately bitter, yeasty-spicy finish. Medium body, not overly smooth and quite effervescent mouthfeel, average carbonation. Nice and refreshing!

Sampled @ NL Speciaalbier Festival Den Bosch 2017. Hazy pale yellow color, average sized white head. Smell and taste wheat, lightly a hint of fruityness, yeasty in the aroma.

Draft at De Paas. Cloudy blond with a big white head. Aroma of wheat, light citrus and a touch of funk. Flavour is light sweet and above light bitter. Light bodied with soft carbonation.

On tap at Jopen Proeflokaal Waarderpolder. Spelt Wit, 4.4% ABV. Hazy yellow colour, white head. Aroma of citrus, cardboard, some glue. Flavour is cardboard, glue, lots of spelt, some citrus. Light bodied. Not great.

Sampled from draft at Kimchi Festival 2016 (second day). Hazy golden with thin white head. Lemon, coriander and cloves, sweet malts. Medium sweet with equal lemony zest. Under medium body, light chalky feel.
