Unser Benediktiner Weissbier Naturtrüb ist mit größtem Respekt vor der Natur gebraut und überzeugt mit besten Zutaten und einem vollmundigen Geschmack. Die fruchtigen Akzente und die gleichmäßige Hefetrübung machen es zu einem himmlischen Genuss, der einen aber stets auf dem Boden bleiben lässt. 0.5 I bottle from local 'real', best before October 2022. Hazy, deep amber with a medium large, foamy, stable, white head. Sweetish, gently yeasty-spicy, moderately fruity aroma of banana, clove, honey and traces of pear. Gently sweet, malty, moderately bitter, quite yeasty-spicy and slightly fruity taste of grains, banana, clove and honey, followed by a short, moderately bitter, rather yeasty-spicy finish. Medium body, smooth but fairly effervescent mouthfeel, lively carbonation. Classic, well-balanced Weizen, very solid.

Nachdem ich das Benediktiner Hell und die zugehörige Brauerei im deutschen ICE-Speisewagen kennengelernt hatte, war ich neugierig auf das Weizenbier der Brauerei. Es ist jetzt nicht schlecht, aber auch nicht viel mehr. Es hat die typischen Fruchtnoten und lässt sich angenehm trinken, wird aber schnell langweilig.

Hazy ochre, stable, frothy, white head. Aroma of ripe banana, yellow apple, clove, white bread, wheat, nutmeg, vague grass. Taste has sweet banana & apple over doughy, bready maltiness, bit spicy & wheaty sour. Floral & grassy hoppy finish, lingering yellow fruit & bread. Medium body, slick texture, average carbonation. Grassy notes tone down the estery sweetness, recommended.

Bottle at the flat in Sofia - picked up in town. Pours hazy orange with a large, foamy off-white head. Light-medium sweet flavour, nice hearty wheat character, yeast, a little citrus. Light bodied with average carbonation. Balanced finish. Tasty weisse.

0.5 bottle. Szép szűretlen narancs szín, sok buborékkal. A habja érdekes, nagy, sárgásfehér. Üveg, címke kifejezetten szép, egyszerű, klasszikus. Szép, tömör, tartós sárgásfehér hab. Jó, élesztős, banános illat, elég intenzív is. Az íze is testes. Édeskés, banános, inkább a banános vonalat képviselő bajor búza, mint a citrusosak. Remek az élesztő. Szénsav közepes. Az egész sör rendben van.

Nice unfiltered orange color with many bubbles. Its foam is interesting, large, yellowish-white. Glass, label specifically beautiful, simple, classic. Nice, compact, durable yellowish-white foam. Good, yeasty, banana scent, also quite intense. The taste is also full-bodied. Sweet, banana, Bavarian wheat representing the banana line rather than citrus. Yeast is great. Carbonic acid is medium. The whole beer is fine.
