Bottle. Pours clear pale golden with airy white head. Clear aroma of yeast, with notes of malt and touches of hops. Sweetish flavour of malt and yeast, with bitter, hoppy touches. Estery aftertaste with mild notes of paper. Refreshing and reasonable for the style but nothing special.

Fläschla: Clear, golden, small and slowly collapsing white head, mild bitter-sweet grainy-grassy nose; moderate dryish bitter-sweet flavour, quite light bodied, quite fizzy and a bit tart; short bitter-sweet finish. Quite a bitter Helles, but not really convincing...

Sampled from 0.5 l bottle from local 'Dursty', best before December 2018. Clear, golden with a thin, frothy, almost stable, white head. Sweetish, slightly grassy-spicy aroma of grains and some straw. Moderately sweet, slightly bitter, gently grassy-spicy taste of grains and some straw, followed by a short, moderately bitter, a bit grassy-spicy finish. Almost medium-bodied, gently effervescent mouthfeel, average carbonation. Okay!
