Bottle thanks to a trade! Pours a clear yellow with a white head that dissipates to the edges. Aroma has a decent amount of tart tropical fruits with a light funk and a bit of barrel. Flavor has a sweet tart peach with a sweet light fruit and a bit of sweet grains.

Sampled from bottle @ RBBSG 2015. Lightly clear golden color, small white to off-white head. Smell and taste some sourness and firm fruit sourness. Dry finish, suitable body and carbonation. Hmm it’s alright.

Bottle from a trade @ RBBSG 2015. Many thanks! Hazy, medium carbonation. Sweet and tart. Very fruity. Drinks like lemonade but not that sweet. Lots of citrus and peach. Nice summer beer.

Thnx to Bart ! Pours unclear yellow, much like a wheat beer. No real head. Smell is spices, sour, citrussy, lemon ( intense lemon ) Taste is much lemonsourness. Refreshing, dry malty tones, but it’s hard to call this complex or balanced...

Thanks to JefVerstraete! 655 ml. bottle sampled @ “Hot & Sweaty RBBSG 2015”. Blend #12. Hazy orange, little white head. Nose is very mellow lactic apricot, light yoghurt, sour, some brett, mellow oak & dash of mildly funky white wine. Taste is mellow lactic peach, very simple, light lemon, white wine wood, brett, unified & very simple mild lactic peach taste,… Tad lower carbonation. Very simple, almost a touch bland but very easy to drink, refreshing & fun enough at the same time.

4/VII/15 - 75cl bottle as "BLEND #12" @ RBBSG IV - BB: n/a, 2014 vintage (2015-842) Thanks to JefVerstraete for sharing the bottle!

Cloudy orange beer, small creamy off-white head, unstable, dissipates quickly, non adhesive. Aroma: very fruity, unripe peaches, sourish, funky, some barnyard. MF: ok carbon, medium body. Taste: pretty sour, lemony, very fruity, sourish, some vinegar. Aftertaste: very sour, lemony, vinegar, lime juice, still a fruity quality though. Refreshingly nice, will I finally start liking US sours? Then again, it is 28°C inside at this tasting... :p

Queue rake between CBC sessions 3 & 4, 02/05/15 big thanks to the bro who split this Juan. Orange Amber with a moderate off white covering. Nose is big on tarte citricisms, pissy tunes, vanilla, wood must, spice, tangerine, oak. Taste comprises tarte apricot, Apple core, wood must, lemon pissoi, vinegar notes, damp wood, peach. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, tarte puckering fruit rinse in the close. Solid sour, plenty to explore in this one.

750mL bottle, pours a cloudy opaque golden yellow with a small white head. Aroma is very funky and complex, with citrus funk, brett, lacto and stone fruits. Flavour is very complex, with tangy citrus, funk, lacto and brett. Loads of stuff going on here. Very cohesive. Funky, tart and fruity. Excellent.
