Draught at Braufactum Alexanderplatz. Deep gold with a medium head. Aroma of sharp hop. Flavour is light metallics fruit hop, bitter, grainy citrus honey finish.

330ml can. Cloudy golden, fluffy head. Lemon, grassy hoppy notes, tangerine, grapefruit. Dry and slightly metallic bitterness. Full bodied, oily creamy texture, lively carbonated, hoppy bitter finish. Good IPL!

Can picked up from Edeka, Stein Park, Freising and consumed at home Sunday 16th June 2019 whilst cooking Spinach and Ricotta Canelloni and listening to the new Aldous Harding album Designer. Pours hazy light/mid gold with a white head, really hoppy nose and hoppy in the mouth. Clean, easy drinking beer with a nice bitterness. I really like this and finished it in no time. I suspect that this is not really sticking to the template but it's up my street.

From tap. Pours cloudy yellow. Small white head. Grassy, vague citrusy. Grassy. Vague eggy. Crisp hopoy. Slight grassy finish.

From the can. Gold with a frothy white head. Aroma is floral, with light fruity notes and caramel hints. Taste is mildly bitter, grassy, with a bit of resin mild herbal undertones. Body is medium, carbonation mild. Overall, uncomplicated and pleasant. Difficult to classify but more IPLish than traditional German pilsener or kellerbier.

Deutlich bitterer, leicht grasiger Beginn. Runder aber milder Hopfen, konstante Bitterkeit bei flachem Gesamtaroma. Mittellanger Abgang. 8/9/8/8/11/8

Hazed pale yellow pour with a fine head. Ok lacing. Decent intensity in the aroma. Mild hoppy. Ok carbonation level and a decent bitterness for a pilsner. Quite mild citric hoppy this one. Had higher hopes. Ok plain crisp pilsner with some mild citric notes. A bit fresher than other in this style.
