Aroma of palt malt, grains, straw, light hop. Flavour is malty and grainy, very light sweetness, with a light bitterness in the finish. Another drinkable but overall ordinary Czech Pilsner.

Edit 3/2024. Malty, light caramel and herbal. Brilliant gold body, white head. Malty, grainy, floral. Sourish finish. Average desítka (bohemian light lager). X 0,5 l, draught, own KEG, footbal training camp, Palčice (Bohemia, CZ). # 124 et # 256; 10/2015 et 3/2016. Při srovnání s lahvovou verzí (Gambrinus Originál) se jeví jako o něco lepší. Zlatá barva, vcelku stálá pěna, sladové s jemnými arašídovými tóny a lechce nakyslou dochutí. 5-3-5-2-11=*2,6

Tap at Hospůdka V Ateliéru, shared with Nisse666. Golden body with a lasting white head. Light herbal and flowery hoppy notes in the aroma, mild white bread touch perhaps, but fairly subdued - if nice. Sweetish (if slightly so) malty backbone with pleasant white bread crust notes, very well rounded and joined by mild flowery hoppy touches, maybe vague soapy notes, but for a mass produced 10° this is an excellent beer, especially fresh like it was here, beating a lot of smaller brewery stabs at the style. A pleasant surprise all in all, crazy really how much better it is than the regular version.

0.3 l on tap at 'Havana Bar' (Bratislava). Clear, golden with a large, foamy, stable, white head. Sweetish, slightly grassy-spicy aroma of grains and some straw. Slightly sweet, moderately bitter, gently grassy-spicy taste of grains and some straw, followed by a short, moderately bitter, slightly dry, gently grassy-spicy and a little metallic finish. Thin to medium body, slightly smooth and gently effervescent mouthfeel, very lively carbonation. Decent thirst-quencher, not bad.
