Smädný Mních Radler Citrón je miešaný alkoholický nápoj pripravovaný tradičným spôsobom z poctivého piva so sviežou citrónovou príchuťou.

20/5/2022. Can bought at Billa supermarket. Pours cloudy pale yellow gold with a large frothy white head. Aroma is citrus, lemon cheesecake, drizzle cake, malt, light straw. Medium plus sweetness and light bitterness/tartness. Light bodied, watery, average carbonation. Lemony finish, with some developing tartness. Improved on initial poor impressions.

Sampled from 0.5 l can from local 'LIDL', best before March 2019. Hazy, pale straw yellow with a thin, slightly fluffy, quickly diminishing, white head. Sweetish, slightly sourish, quite fruity and slightly artificial aroma of lemonade and some lemon juice. Quite sweet, a bit sourish, quite fruity and a bit artificial taste of lemonade and some lemon juice, followed by a short, slightly tart finish. Thin to medium body, minimally astringent and slightly effervescent mouthfeel, soft carbonation. Drinkable, not the worst Radler out there.

Can courtesy of Angelo (cheers mate), consumed at End of the Road Festival, Dorset, Friday 4th September 2015. Peachy pink in colour with a light pinky head. A touch thin but a bit cooler and it would have been more refreshing, it’s ok, I have had a lot worse. A6 A3 T6 P3 Ov11 2.9

Can. An unclear yellow beer with a white head. The aroma has notes of lemons and malt. The flavor is sweet with notes of lemons and malt, leading to a bitter finish. Thanks yespr for sharing.
